Is it right for you?

An honest guide to who gets the most from this.

A great fit if you

  • Already train regularly across swim, bike and run
  • Have done a Half Ironman (70.3) or other long endurance events
  • Are comfortable with long rides and runs already
  • Have an Ironman about three months away

Probably not for you if you

  • Are new to triathlon or starting from low fitness
  • Are injury-prone or coming back from injury

Look at the 18-week or 24-week plan instead.

What's included

Personalised for you from your questionnaire.

Personalised week-by-week plan

Every week set out clearly, built around your goals, your available time and your current fitness.

Race-specific from week one

No long base phase. Your training targets Ironman demands from the very first week.

Big weekend sessions

Long rides and runs every weekend to build race-day endurance quickly.

Brick sessions

Bike-to-run sessions to practise transitions and running on tired legs.

Strength and mobility

Simple strength and mobility work to help you stay injury-free through the build.

Short, sharp taper

A taper that keeps you sharp while you freshen up for race day.

Race-day pacing guide

How to pace the swim, bike and run so you have something left for the marathon.

How your plan is structured

The shape of your training from first week to race day. The sessions themselves are built around you.

Questions

The things athletes usually ask.

How do I get started?

Fill in the Get in touch form and choose the plan you're interested in. I'll reply, send you the athlete questionnaire and a secure payment link, then build your plan from your answers.

Is ongoing coaching support included?

No. This is a one-off, personalised plan. If you'd like regular feedback and calls as you train, have a look at the monthly coaching packages.

Do I need a power meter or special kit?

No. A sports watch or app that records your sessions is enough. A heart rate monitor helps, and a power meter is useful but not essential.

Can I get a refund?

See the refunds and cancellations policy. In short, you can cancel within 14 days, but not once your full plan has been delivered.

What if I get ill or injured?

Get advice from your GP or a physio first. My plans aren't a substitute for medical advice.
